Everytime i open it an window show up and it says "downloading the file" after the download finsih nothing happens....

i can't even open it when i click on hs4l icon it says downloading file and then nothing happens and Hs4l app removed btw i downloaded it again and still not working

start it as admin, and make sure you have the 2017visual c++ downloaded

check your connection. The ITC doesn't have to do with the server connection.

Remember that bugs are not dependent on ITC. They are triggered by your windows, internet or antivirus.
ITC is working for 100%.

i run it as admin then it says extracting then nothing happens???? i reopen it it says the item has been moved or something and it doesn't work properly any help?

For the lag, tries loading - items (something like 500 or only your favorites items). The dc maybe is "created" because you didn't set off your items in all your characters.

Create your own file, don't load +3400 items. Also edit cup debug bar and change the setting delay=24/12 to delay=0

uninstall the old version and turn off your anti virus and try again. The itc still works even after the patch.

the extracting thing opens right after i run the HS4L as admin then it fills in like 1 second and closes nothing happens after then gets deleted
